Fire drill summary report

I. Purpose:

Enhance the fire fighting awareness of all personnel in the company, improve the organization and handling ability of fire fighting, better understand the company's fire prevention system and fire escape path, improve self-rescue ability, and ensure the maximum safety of personnel and property in the company in case of explosion and fire.

II. Scope:

Suitable for fire fighting in factory area and living area.

III. Contents:

Simulate the emergency handling plan of fire accident in the company.

IV. Time: 14:30-15:30, April 26,2025.

V. GENERAL INFORMATION:

At 14:30 ~ 15:30 on April 26,2018, a fire was accidentally caused by the packaging workshop of the company. After about 20 minutes of hard work, the fire was quickly put out and the injured employees were successfully rescued. While ensuring the safety of the company personnel, the damage to the company's property was reduced to a minimum.

Sixth, fire drill.

（一） Discovery and reporting phase:

1. When on duty, the workshop supervisor found a fire on the first floor of the workshop and shouted "Fire", kept calm and sounded the fire alarm, and quickly notified the office and gate security of the fire.

2. After receiving the fire, the security team leader quickly notified the security guards and correspondents of all posts by walkie-talkie, and reported the fire situation to the leaders.

3. After receiving the report, the company leader immediately set up the fire command center in the guard room, with the general manager as the general commander, the deputy general manager of the production department as the deputy commander, and set up the fire fighting emergency team.

（二） Evacuation phase.

1. After hearing the alarm, the staff in each work area were in a mess, and under the guidance of the security guards, they evacuated in a tense and orderly manner.

The evacuation plan is:

(A) Each department is under the responsibility of the supervisor and supervised by the deputy general manager.

(B) The office building is under the responsibility of the personnel administration department.

(C) The living area is under the responsibility of the security guard.

2. The head of each department shall be responsible for counting the number of evacuees to a safe place.

（三） Prepare for the rescue operation.

1. When the security officer heard the alarm, he brought fire-fighting tools from different places.

2. After the security team leader leads the assembly, he reports the fire situation, and the general commander issues the action order. (Report 1)

3. After counting the fire personnel, each group quickly entered the fire scene with equipment.

（四） The rescue operation began.

1. The fire fighting team, logistics team, rescue team and evacuation team act separately according to their responsibilities.

2. The fire fighting team uses the fire hydrants in the factory, throws water hoses and connects water guns, and uses fire extinguishers to put out the fire. At the same time, they also rescue the injured.

3. The first aid team is responsible for putting the injured in place and taking first aid measures.

4. The fire fighting team is responsible for the transfer of flammable materials.

5. The evacuation team is responsible for guiding and evacuating people and counting the number of people.

（五） Personnel assistance:

1. During fire fighting, the rescue team found an employee named Zhou Ze who was fainted on the ground due to smoke and quickly transferred him to a safe place for emergency rescue by the rescue team.

(VI) Instructions and demonstration on the use of fire extinguishers and fire hydrants: Fire experts will explain and demonstrate on site, and some employees of various departments will operate them.

1. After the security team members gather together, the security captain reports the fire situation to the general commander and summarizes the fire fighting work.

7. Summary of fire drill.

(i) Success aspects:

1. Exercise time selection: From 14:30 to 15:30 on April 26,2018, the production department made a temporary adjustment to the production plan, which will not affect the normal shipment at all.

2. Location of the exercise: The company's production workshop and the open space outside the dormitory will not affect the industrial zone and other companies around it.

3. Preparation of fire fighting equipment: advance preparation (fire source setting, equipment preparation) the fire source is reasonable, the equipment is fully prepared, and the exercise can be carried out step by step to achieve the purpose and requirements of our exercise.

4. Evacuation route arrangement: very reasonable and evacuation channels are unimpeded.

5. Improve the accident reporting process.

6. All department leaders and staff took the fire drill seriously.

7. Employees can evacuate in an orderly manner during drills.

8. The security officers successfully completed their tasks during the exercise.

9. The number of participants in this fire drill should be 28, and the actual number is 28, which meets the personnel participation ratio required by the company.

(2) Existing problems:

1. The assembly speed is too slow, and some employees cannot evacuate to the designated place in an orderly manner after hearing the alarm bell.

2. During the drill, some employees were in a mess during the first aid and wanted to see the injured employees.

3. During the fire fighting, when the dry powder concentration is large, some employees panic and do not know what to do.

4. Each department only reports whether the personnel are present, but does not report the actual number of personnel for the on-site commander to check the roster.

5. This fire drill took 4 minutes and 20 seconds from the time of alarm to the completion of gathering and counting, which was a long time.

(III) Preventive measures:

1、 In combination with the actual situation, strengthen the awareness of employees on the importance and necessity of fire safety.

2、 Improve employees' awareness of staying calm and calm in the event of a fire.

In accordance with the fire drill plan, our company effectively established specialized teams for firefighting, evacuation, security, and rescue operations. A full-staff drill was conducted following the factory layout and emergency escape routes designed for fire incidents. The entire evacuation process was meticulously organized, with on-site supervision and guidance provided to address potential issues like electrical leakage and crowd congestion during emergencies, ensuring the drill's success. Through this exercise, participants enhanced their self-protection awareness regarding fire safety, acquired essential knowledge about emergency evacuation procedures, and experienced hands-on firefighting operations through active participation by both male and female employees.

This exercise and evaluation show that the fire drill plan and the requirements of the Emergency Preparedness and Response Control Procedure in the factory area of our company are fully sufficient, effective and feasible, and no procedures or related documents need to be modified.
